- SDC Multifibre DW is multi-fibre adjacent fabric specifically developed for textile colour fastness testing. Featuring six different fibre components woven into a single fabric, it enables the simultaneous assessment of staining on multiple fibre types during colour fastness evaluations.
- Widely recognized by textile laboratories, garment manufacturers, testing organizations, and quality control departments worldwide, SDC Multifibre DW is suitable for use in many ISO 105 C Series and ISO 105 E Series test methods, as well as various retailer and brand-specific colour fastness requirements.
- Multifibre DW is produced with a narrow weave construction and contains the following components, Acetate, Cotton, Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic and Wool. Multifibre DW undergoes a rigorous quality control procedure conducted by independent UKAS accredited labs.
- The testing includes the individual yarns prior to construction and further tests on the finished product. The Multifibre is required to pass these tests before each new batch is considered fit for sale.
